Incidents come in by themselves in Utrecht. Open them, set the priority and send the right units across the real map. Watch out for talk requests and the panic button — at the end you'll see how you did.

• • Open an incident and read what the caller says.
• • Choose P1, P2 or P3 — or use triage.
• • Send the closest units. Once the work is done, the incident closes by itself.
